    Hello.

In the “Envelope Sender” section, I see that there are only 2 options. You either use the “Use Admin Email” or the “Use another Domain email” option.

Now, given that the “Use Admin Email” can be of any other domain, and not necessarily the domain the site is on, it would have been awesome if you had added another option where I can enter any other email address belonging to any domain.

In our case, the site is on a subdomain, abc.xyz.com. I want the envelope to be associated with a specific email address called [email protected]. The sub-domain is merely for the hosting part of it, and not the email component.

Is there any way of achieving this…??

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello.

Testing out this feature on our site. Seems like there is a disconnect somewhere.

As mentioned in my OP, our forms reside on abc.xyz.com

    Our settings are:
Use another email – [email protected]
From Address – Tick to set the From to the same as Envelope (above)
WordPress default mail address – Tick to set the WP default to the same as the email set above

But, WP Mail Log shows this error and the email does not reach the [email protected] mailbox:
    Error: Invalid address: (From): @xyz.com

Any idea as to why this could be happening…??

    Thanks in advance.
