Adding a clickeable Logo pic in Twenty Eleven Header

Do not edit the Twenty Eleven theme. It is the default WordPress theme and having access to an unedited version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range of site issues. First create a child theme for your changes.

i’m more newbie than i realize…

i figured it out! with trial and error!
My solution was:
Edit: style.css

#branding img {
height: auto;
margin-bottom: -7px;
/*width: 100%;*/ <—- This was expanding my header image
}
