Glad to help lend a hand. With the List Subscribe plugin, there is not a way to add a checkbox to confirm subscription. However, if you’d like to be sure your subscribers are giving express permission to join the list, I would recommend enabling Double Opt In in the plugin settings. This will trigger a confirmation email sent to the subscriber’s inbox which they will have to open and click a link in order to officially join the MailChimp list. As for setting that up, you’ll want to go to the List Subscribe plugin settings, find the “List Options” section, and select the “Use Double Opt-In” checkbox, then clicking the Update button to save those changes.
