Adding a Brand New Piece of Content to A Page

Okay…here’s the deal. My pages are topics like marketing tips, what’s in a brand, mentor mania. I would like to “post” new content to these pages just as I can to my home/blog page. How do I do this? I have the Flexibility Theme. In other words, when people click on that topic/tag, they can see the current “post” as well as all of the others from the past. Please help me. I am going crazy researching this issue.
