Adding a banner to a sidebar

Hi,
I can’t get an answer from the theme template I am using, so I am hoping to at least get some direction in how to trouble shoot this.
I have two sites, both using the same template.

I have two banners I need to have in both sites.
In one site, one banner works fine…I am using it in a text box widget.
The other banner that is working was just dropped into my sidebar.

The problem seems to be having both banners in both sites.
If they fit, I’m assuming width is not the issue and I don’t know coding/tech stuff enough to understand why BOTH won’t work.

Can someone give me some clues as to what may be going on?
