Adding 2 extra logos in top right corner

Hi everyone, my name is Luke and I am very new to wordpress, I am having trouble uploading or finding a plug in that will allow me to put 2 logos in the upper right corner of my page. I tried editing the image that i uploaded in site identity to match the header size but it still wouldnt cover the whole top part of the page but only the left top side and just shrinked the picture just so it could fit in the top left corner. I am currently using the twenty sixteen theme.
