Add a delay to messages?

The main plugin I use on the web (Content Egg) adds the data to the post by giving it to publish (inserts the product data and the thumbnail image) so that on Twitter and Facebook messages the post with a wrong image.

It has already happened to me with another plugin, like Telegram, and it has been solved adding a little changes to delay it so that it receives all the fields, in this case the image.

Any way to fix this on Facebook or Twitter Autopublish? I really like the two plugins but I would not want to stop using them for it.
