When using a single product template, adding an item to the cart works, but the notification “… has been added to your cart” and other notifications (e.g. that the item can’t be added to cart due to stock) don’t show. I don’t see any settings to get them to show… and they work when the single product template is turned off. I’ve included a link to an example product on the development site I’m working on. Any help is appreciated, because without this functionality, I won’t be able to use this plugin, and I really like it otherwise!

    Hi @trackerstefanie ,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

In my development environment, Add to Cart notification & stock notice is working fine with ShopEngine Plugin. I am sharing a video with you. Make sure you have followed these instructions.

If persists the issue after following these instructions, according to the issue, I would suggest running a conflict test on your site to determine what actually causes the issue.

    1. Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.

    2. Switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.

    3. If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for WooCommerce, ShopEngine, and Elementor to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test.

    Best Regards,
    Reju

Thanks so much for your help! I was missing the Notice widget – I didn’t realize I didn’t have it enabled, so when I set up the single product template, I didn’t see it. I enabled and added it, and it’s working great!
