Added to bounce list not working

Hi @ggcoach,

You might have configured a email/password as “Login/Password” to handle bounce in this plugin settings area. If so please login to that email manually in your browser to check if there any mail in Inbox. If there is no mail in that email of yours than I can say all of your subscriber email are ok, nothing has bounced yet.

I set the email correctly and still, I get email bounce but it is not add to the list in mailpoet.

It seems odd to me because the configuration indicates that it sends me an email to announce me a address bounce and also adds it to a list.

What can I do to correct this error?

Firstly, check if all your configuration are correct like this picture -> https://i.imgur.com/UQyyWGv.png

Than make sure this plugin able to connect your mail server successfully , you will see a success message like this image -> https://i.imgur.com/eF22Psg.png

Although if you configure everything correctly and plugin can connect to your mail server but it will need to be triggered to process bounced mail. To do so, we have set a scheduler function. Please view this image -> https://i.imgur.com/TgCVD2e.png to configure a scheduler to check bounced email periodically.

Otherwise, you can check bounce email manually using clicking “Does it work? Try to connect.” button than clicking “Process bounce handling now!” in plugin settings page.

thank you for your support.

I check that all this information is well complemented by my side. But still, bounce emails are not add to the email list. I receive email bounce in my dedicated address to that, but still no add address to the mailpoet list.

Is there anything else I can do?
