Added only Email address for subscription not working

  • Hi
    I have gravity form install with version 2.1.0.1..
    I have installed your plugin and follow the instraction..
    I have created one form also in my activecampaign dashboard..
    I have added email (only required for me) as given in instraction..
    But nothing happen.. no error no contact created in my activecampaign..
    Need help
