    I’ve added $25 worth of sms credits to my miniOrrange account but within the website dashboard it still says 1 sms left? Please advise thanks

    Thank you for reaching out to us and sorry for the inconvenience.

    Can you please let us know your miniOrange 2fa account? So that we can check it on our end.

    For the time being, you should remove the account from the account tab and attempt logging in again. This will allow you to sync the SMS on your dashboard.

    Also, our developer can go on a screen share meeting to debug the issue for you. Can you please raise a support ticket from the plugin or reach out to us from our Website for the call?

    In addition to the above reply please provide the screenshot of the profile section of the Google authenticator plugin dashboard.

    If you have any other problems with the two-factor configuration or MFA setup then please let us know.
    You can check the remaining SMS transactions here and set up your 2fa.

    We haven’t heard back from you.

    Can you please let me know if you were able to purchase SMS transactions in our Google Authenticator plugin?

    After purchasing the SMS transactions make sure to SYNC your SMS transactions from the 2fa profile section.

    You can use seamless mobile verification / two-factor authentication after this.

    If you have any other problems with the two-factor configuration or MFA setup then please let us know.
