Added My site but showing image related issue in Pagesped

Hi,
I have added your plugins in dev3.zotezo.com/in site but my home page image not optimized showing error
Serve images in next-gen formats
Properly size images
Also showing high LCP score in https://dev3.zotezo.com/in/medicines/amaryl-1mg-tablet/
