added implementation code to php file, [ap_pagination] showing in correct place

    hi,

    i really like the look of your plugin and hope to get it running on a site that i did not create but am helping with now. the site uses a custom post type and has a page to display it where i added the php code.

    i’ve iterated through various options on the settings page, but can’t seem to get the alphabet listing of this custom post type (crystals) to display. i just get [ap_pagination].

    i’ve also added this shortcode to the content area of the page with no luck.

    any help is appreciated.

    i don’t think there are any taxonomies associated with crystals. i sent the screenshot that had none. can i email you credentials to the system if you’d prefer to look for yourself.

    i have been to https://www.androidbubbles.com/ and https://shop.androidbubbles.com but can’t find any contact form or email address to send credentials to. i don’t use google hangouts, which seems like the only way available to contact you. help. for obvious reasons i won’t post them here.

    I know you are both trying to solve this problem, and I do appreciate that. But that’s going too far and plugin authors can get into real trouble doing that.

    I agree with “Jan Dembowski” and appreciate his to the point guidance in this regard. Please try to follow my provide tutorials links and documentation i have provided including screenshots. I will try to make a better tutorial next time.

    i don’t want to get anyone in trouble. his plugin supports custom post types, but mine, made with one of the most popular cpt systems out there, isn’t working.

    his documentation seems good, but i’m not able to get the plugin working the way it does in his video, and i’m following the directions to a T. i’d like to help him get this working as it seems like a solid plugin otherwise.

    what are the options now, @jan Dembowski?
