Added group filter, but filter function doesn’t appear on live view

Hi. hope someone can help me on this. Seems like an easy task but can’t get it working. I purchased a wordpress template which it uses WPBakery Page Builder for the home page and some pages.
I have installed Advanced Ajax Product filters, created the group filters, and then added onto my specify page that i would like. The filter bars are shown on the live view, but when i click on the checkboxes, some of the items not within the attributes doesn’t disappear. in another word, the filtering is not working.

I see that the top menu shown “product filters” which the filter is shown as DISPLAYED, group as DISPLAYED, but the WC page, shortcode, products, pagination are “X”..

Please advise how to fix
