Problem with titles and charset encoding

Afeter plugin update is for example:
<title>Sygnalizatory na przej?ciach dla pieszych wbudowuj? ju? w&\#8230; chodnik \:\)

Should be (oryginal):
<title>Sygnalizatory na przej?ciach dla pieszych wbudowuj? ju? w… chodnik ??

Plugin adding charsets like &\#8230; or \

I have the same problem. Places “\” in front of every other character.
Example: https://ldsound.ru/30-gd-1/
On all browsers.
When you disable the plugin, there is no problem.
