Added category doesn’t appear on the main page?

Do you have any posts in those categories? WP by default doesn’t show empty categories.

How should I post something into that category if I cannot see it?!?!

Well, you don’t post from the main page – where you cannot see it ??
When you write a post you can choose in which category to put it. More exactly, if you want a new post to be in a certain category, you have to uncheck the default catgeory’s box and check the category you want the post in.

Clicking category names on the front page will never take you to writing a post admin panel.
