• Be aware that when you activate this plugin, it automatically creates these 5 pages without permission:

    1) Tags
    2) Categories
    3) Locations
    4) Events
    5) My Bookings

If that’s not bad enough, it doesn’t delete these pages when you uninstall.

    Poor user experience.

Hi, I’m sorry you feel that way. The pages mentioned are created automatically as the vast majority of users already want to create them, and this prevents an extra setup step. I will however note this down and we can consider making this an installation step in the future, especially if more people request it.

I would have to disagree with your opinion somewhat regarding deleting the pages though. I do see your point, especially if you don’t touch those pages, but I think there’d be more people complaining about deleted WP content over stuff that gets left over and can be deleted later.

I would hesitate from deleting any pages, and in fact I’d discourage it for any plugin. What if you had valuable content on there? You can edit those pages however you want, we only overwrite the words CONTENTS, meaning there may be other important information on there, or maybe you started using it for something else. There’s too many cases where deleting things could cause more problems that it’s worth.

    Marcus –

I agree that default behaviour should be “do no harm” as you suggest, but many plugins have an option that can be selected for a complete removal. I would like to see that considered for a future update.

AND – thanks for years of great support for both versions.
