Addding AdSense Auto Ad code

I downloaded your plugin to add the Google Analytics code last week. This code is in the header section.

I would like to add AdSense code to use their Auto Ads. Do I place it in the header or footer section?

This may seem a silly question, but to add more script/code to either header or footer sections, I can leave spaces between different scripts, correct?
