add_uploaded_file now private

Hey there,

in the newest version 5.4 of contact form 7, the function WPCF7_Submission::add_uploaded_file() turns private. Is there any reason for that? Does another official solution exists to add files into submission?
I heavily rely on that function, as I use them in some plugins.

I think that there are other plugins using the interface.
Would be nice that it turns public back again.
