add_to_cart not showing in GA4 list

    Hello,

    add_to_cart is activated in the plugin, but not listed in the GA4 event list.

    Hi,

    Chances are the event is not fired because of some theme problem. Please watch this video, and change the option mentioned there: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZoAu8a0PNg

    Once you do it, you can test your Google Analytics events with tagassistant.google.com

    Hi,

    Thank you for the video.

    In fact, i remarked that, the add to cart is firing and not firing according to GA4 panel:

    • the picture i sent previously, is from the “reports” section, where there is no “add_to_cart”
    • But, under the “admin” —–>>”Events”, i can see it.
    • Why is this difference may be?
