add_to_cart event doesn’t trigger

  • Hi,

    The add_to_cart event not firing on our site. The products and the buttons created with JetWooBuilder plugin.
    However the button has the necessary classes (class=”button product_type_simple add_to_cart_button ajax_add_to_cart added”)

    On the vanilla /shop page everything works fine.

    Can you tell me what should I fix to get it to work?

    We are having the same issue on one of our clients eCommerce shop and couldn’t find any solution so far. Can you tell me what plugins and theme you are using? Perhaps we could identify the problem easier like this.

    Hi,

    For the main building blocks I’m using Elementor and JetWooBuilder plugin. It is strange that the markup looks very similar as the vanilla Woo html. The elements have the same classes and stuff.
    It would be great to know, how this plugin collect the add to cart data. I tried to write a custom JS on top of this without success.
