Add_rewrite_tag() Error after upgrade to 3.0

    [Fri Jul 16 16:59:32 2010] [error] [client 91.77.226.247] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function add_rewrite_tag() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 289

    I got after an upgrade which seemed to go well. Any easy fix or should I just put back my backup?
