Add Zambian Currency, & Paid Member Subscriptions SUPPORT

The Zambian Currency is active and working well.
but, there is a problem with the “Enter Customer Card Billing Details” payment form.
its not seating nicely within the page content body.

Part of it hiding under the page header, and part of it hiding under the page footer, making it hard to access some required fields when entering needed data.
Please look into it.
