“Add www to domain” not working

I don’t know how your site is configured, but it behaves differently depending on what is making a request.

https://franciscagonzalezriedel.com/ => https://www.franciscagonzalezriedel.com/ when I check manually, but not from the browser

This kind of behaviour is likely caused either by a cache, or by your server settings.

Okey thank you! I cleared the cached of Autoptimize and KeyCDN Cache plugins, that didn’t help, so the other option is that a dns record is wrong? I checked it and seems to be ok, but I’m not really expert on that. What should be my next step? perhaps contact the hosting?
