Add wrapper DIVs

A client of mine wants to use Easy Footnotes in Divi. The plugin works as expected. However, the markup and styling is a little bit problematic. In order to make it look, feel and behave like all the other Divi sections etc., I need to wrap the output of the plugin in one or two wrapper DIVs. How can it be done? Thanks for your help!
