Add WP Mail SMTP to the default whitelisted endpoints

Hi @contactjavas,

would it be possible to add WP Mail SMTP to the list of default whitelisted endpoints in your plugin?

Our root endpoint being /wp-json/wp-mail-smtp/? So, adding

// WP Mail SMTP
$rest_api_slug . '/wp-mail-smtp/',

to the $default_whitelist array in your plugin would resolve all conflicts with our WP Mail SMTP plugin.

We would really appreciate it if that could be added since it would prevent any issues or custom work needed for users that use both plugins ??
