Add wordpress editor for email templates

Hello, as Buddypress does with their email templates:
https://codex.buddypress.org/emails/#admin-email-list
The same could be done for all the native wordpress emails and thus have control over them in style and content.
Add the visual editor of wordpress to put images, links and videos in addition to being able to modify the mails of sending and receiving.
