Add Wishlist counter to menu

Hello,

I would like to add a wishlist counter to my menu. Currently you see only a green heart on my menu but besides this I want to display the number of items on the wishlist just like it is done already with the Woocommerce Menu Cart (unfortunately there is no Woocommerce Menu Wishlist…). I found this instruction:

But it tells me only how to add the counter to the header, not to the menu.
