    Hi there,

Widgets need to have a widget area in order to be added to a specific location in a theme. If your theme doesn’t have a widget area, you can’t add widgets to that space.

A widget area can be added with code such as in this example. You can contact your theme developer to see if they have an existing widget area that can be used, or see if they can assist in adding in the needed area on your site.

Thanks for answer, how about add a second navigation bar menu?

    Hi there,

Adding a second Menu area isn’t a function of WooCommerce. Much like widget areas, this is largely dependent on the theme. I’d recommend contacting your theme developer for this or choosing a theme that has the option for a secondary menu and the widget area’s you’re looking for.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
