Add widget in products page

I have Added the AP: Right Sidebar & AP: Left Sidebar.

But still not showing in products page link
https://www.bluepackages.com/product/regular-slotted-carton/
and
https://www.bluepackages.com/product-category/our-products/

Once I changed the widget, it appears in other page. I am really stuck and do not understand the reason.

Kindly help me resolve the issue.

I have mail the issue, but do not get any response. Please let me know, how I would resolve the widget issue in access press store theme.

while right widget in showing other page:

I have tried every possibility and waited for long. Please let me know, how could I resolve this issue.
