    Hi miltospress,
    sorry for the late response. Is this problem still happening on your account? If so, please let us know:
    what is your vidsy username?
    are you signed in directly on vidsy.tv or via your WordPress dashboard?
    Have you tried collecting videos using the “search by URL” section?

    Hi Ramiro, thanks for reply!

    my vidsy username is ‘trail’
    i have to go to vidsy.tv first to sign in and after reload the wp-admin page i’m in(i can’t sign in direct from wordpress dashboard).
    ‘Search by url’ shows me the video but then i can’t figure out how to insert it into gallery.

    Hi Miltospress,
    thank you for the info. To be able to “collect” a video into a playlist, just look for the “collect” button on top of the player. Here is a screenshot with the area highlited in red: https://i.imgur.com/UtoziLs.png
