The result should be:

But nothing happens, it seems fine, I setup under the regex option

Yes, I clear all the cache, no work

I am using the regex (only regex) with the option: Redirect to URL

I see different options too with more rules…I thought that the right one is Url Only

Your site behaves in a very unusual way. If I test https://mythicgames.net/fr/company/ then I get a 200 response. If I try https://mythicgames.net/fr/company/ in a browser it automatically redirects to https://mythicgames.net/fr/

You will need to configure your site to allow Redirection to perform redirects. I don’t know your site setup, and cannot advise as to what you need to do to achieve that, but something is preventing Redirection from working.
