    I created a new Form Field in the Ticket Details area of OSTicket.

    I added a similar selection field in Contact Form 7 that I’m sending to OSTicket via API. The ticket is being created just fine and working great.

    What can I do to make the connection between my new selection option on the ticket form and the form field in OSTicket?

    Hi Josh.

    It’s not possible without custom development, as osTicket API allows to processing only specific fields. Full list you may find here.
