Add "Username" to Support/Request List

Added a “Username” line after the “Date” line in the file “os-tickets.php”
<th><?php echo __(“Date”, ‘key4ce-osticket-bridge’); ?></th>
th><?php echo __(“Username”, ‘key4ce-osticket-bridge’); ?></th>

But, I would like to know in wish file I need to trigger this colomn in the “Support/Request List”
I am not a programmer, but would like to learn!

Well there will be need of littlebit coding because username field need to add by query also.In short it needs programming skill to perform this task.
