Add user to list based on product purchased?

    Hello!
    Is there a way with this plugin to add a customer to a MC group based on the product they buy??

    Ie: we have a webinar we want to sell tickets to, and would like to just add customers to a specific group within our list then email them details as it comes up.

    Possible?? And if so, how?
