add user permission levels

    An administrator of a site but not super administrator cannot add a user. She claims she sees the add user on the dashboard but when she selects that link the next screen only allows her to add an existing user.

    Do I need to do something in the network settings to allow her to add users herself and not have super administrator level?

    Go to yourdomain.tld/wp-admin/network/settings.php

    Make sure Allow site administrators to add new users to their site via the “Users → Add New” page. is checked.

    Thank you! Silly me; I was looking in the site settings section.- which is actually where I think it belongs so you can set that up per site.
