add url custom field

i understand you are following this tutorial https://wpadverts.com/documentation/custom-fields/?

If so then basically in the last code snippet you will need to replace line

<?php esc_html_e( $cf ) ?>

with

<a href="<?php esc_attr_e( $cf ) ?>"><?php esc_html_e( $cf ) ?></a>

On the Ad details page this should display custom field value as a link.
