add under the cart

We need the url of webpage where you are facing issue with Viber icon with this enabled.

I added the shortcode under the cart,the viber icon still doesnt show up.While you are at it can you tell me how to aligh the icons exactly under the add to cart?Whatever css i tried didnt work.

Add following CSS in the Custom CSS option in Miscellaneous section at plugin options page in admin:

i.heateorSssViberBackground a{
    height:100% !important;
    width:100% !important;
}

While you are at it can you tell me how to aligh the icons exactly under the add to cart?

Set the Horizontal alignment to Left in Standard Interface section at plugin options page in admin area.
