Add total star rating to entry-meta

Is it possible to add the total star rating to the entry-meta of a post?
i.e.:
Post thumbnail
“POST TITLE”
Author | Post date | Category | Star rating
“Read more”Ideally, I’d want this rating to show on the index page, and ONLY if the post has the “Review” category assigned (I don’t want 0/NULL stars to show on non review posts). Is there anyway I can do this?
