Add Toolbar to MCE Editor WordPress Wiki Plugin

The WPMUWiki plug-in uses tiny MCE and when I install the table toolbar plug-in, it works for the main WordPress editor, but it doesn’t add the toolbar to the editor in the plug-in. Is there a way to install it there too?
Is there an easy way to append the toolbar manually with javascript?
