Add to screen not appearing

    Hello, I am not seeing the add to the homepage on screen. I tried adding using the menu on chrome and still did not work. Any way to do this?

    I want to call the add to the homepage as a menu button so that I can have a menu (PWA) and by the click on it, it should add it to the homepage if a person does not have it. Thank you
