Add to Quote is not working

But even if I update it to some latest version (free) it breaks the site

Now I update plugin?YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce?version from 2.12.0? to 2.21.0 and Add to Quote button is not working and I got a 403 error.

the issue is due to your theme. Please look at this screenshot:

Seems that your theme has a custom code that handles these quote buttons that now is no more valid. You should review this with theme’s developers.
