Add to quote button missing

Cache is still on. It might be on by your host. Ask them and if so, then ask them to exclude shop,cart,checkout and single page. If not, then disable plugins one by one and see what happens.

Also, it might be your theme feature. Switch to another theme like storefront and see if the problem persists.

OK, site is back but I still got issues. I will contact the host for this caching issue.
But why I select normal checkout, I see the button…

You did not say. Is the button still missing in storefront?

are you using any caching or optimizing plugins?

Product was indeed at 0€, I did put a price but I have set “hide the price” from the RFQ settings as customer cannot see a price for any product.

I did also found the cache on the cpanel, it was active. So I disabled it.
But still, same result…

Change the price to a non-zero amount and test. I think it might be the no-price that might be causing the problem. Give it a non-zero amount and test. It will still be hidden but might force the button to show.

I put the price to 80 already…

If we can’t solve it, I would like to try using the normal check-out option.
I just have one question.
On your page “quote request”, I just would like to add 3 fields under customer information, better look like a form (email, name, message). Is that possible?
because the shortcode is the full page including the form, I would like just to keep the cart table and customize my page afterwards.
