    Hello, I have a buddyboss site and want to allow users to see the items followed on their profile page.
    Is that possible?

    I do not know anything of Buddyboss but…

    You must investigate in the following:
    1. Is buddyboss fully compatible with WP 5.6/5.7 functionality?
    2. Is the content on the profile page following WP post principles?
    3. Are there Categories/Taxonomies

    If the above three questions are yes. Then it all depends on how the profile page is setup and an update on the profile page is following WP principles with hooks and filters etc.
