Add To Home Screen not showing up

I tried, clear All time cache and still can’t see it on two Android devices and still can’t see it. Any other tips?

But I notice the 512×512 PNG is shown in the pop up, isn’t it supposed to be the 192×192 PNG? I checked the setting and the one appeared on your screenshot is the Splash Screen Icon 512×512

I uninstalled and reinstalled, and still not getting the app icon png right, but now I set both the splash icon and app icon as the app icon, and cleared cache, then I can see the app icon, and I’m ok with not having a different splash screen, and I’ll close this thread. Thanks.
