Add to Home Screen is not working

Hello! I have purchased and installed your fantastic plugin, but I have a small problem: the “add to home” banner is not displayed when access to the web from a mobile device.

I have verified that the box “Disable Add to home screen” is not active, so it should work… what can happen?
