Add To Home On Element Click

I am trying to add a link to my menu that will prompt the user to install. I am having difficulty getting it to work.

Would you be able to show the steps needed? I’ve added #addtohome to the box in the plugin admin. What would I need to add to the menu to get it to work? I’ve tried adding #addtohome as the link for the menu item but that does not work.
