Add to favorites is invisible

    Hi,

    I enabled add to favorites option, also regostration is enabled on the website, but the option is still not visible at the recipes.

    Would you be so kind as to help me, how can I fiy the problem?

    Hi @webreneszansz,

    In order for Add to Favorites to work, the user dashboard feature must be enabled. Here’s a step by step guide to enable User Dashboard which includes creating the page with shortcode and selecting the User Dashboard page.

    After this, please ensure that you have enabled Add to Favorites under Recipes > Settings > Recipe Details.

    If you follow these steps, you can get these features working. If you still face any issues, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.

    Please also ensure to set your Permalinks to Post name under Settings > Permalinks.

    As I mentioned in my first post, the website is not public yet… maybe you didn’t read it…
    The permalinks are okay.
