Add to cloudflare page rule

Having played around a bit with this plugin on a simple install I have another question. In cloudflare I have the basic page rule automatically inserted by the plugin which is

Cache Level: Cache Everything

However does it make sense for me to add browser integrity check, browser cache and edge TTL to that rule?

Also as I use a plugin to rename wp login. Should my first page rule be for the secret url continue to be

Browser Integrity Check: On, Browser Cache TTL: 30 minutes, Cache Level: Bypass, Disable Apps, Disable Performance
