    Hello

We already published lots of products, and once the Dokan Lite is activated, the “Add to cart” was obviously disabled, and it will show:

Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.

Specifically, this issue happens to Administrator, but does not happen to other roles.

    Anyway to fix?

    Thanks

    Hello @alexliii ,

The issue you’re facing can be attributed to several reasons. We have explored some potential causes and solutions below:

    1. User Roles: You mentioned that this issue occurs for administrators but not for other roles. In recent Dokan updates, there is a restriction in place to prevent administrators and vendors from purchasing their own products. Please check if the user facing this issue is indeed an administrator or vendor trying to buy their own product.
    2. Compatibility with Multisite: Dokan’s compatibility with multisite environments is currently unavailable. If the issue seems to be occurring primarily in a multisite setup, it’s worth testing it in a single environment to see if the problem persists. This can help determine if the multisite setup is a contributing factor.
    3. Plugin or Theme Conflicts: Conflicts with other plugins or themes can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior. Disable other plugins and switch to a default theme temporarily to see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, you can then re-enable them one by one to identify the conflicting element.

I hope this information will help.

      Thanks!

If that is the case, yes, that should be the really.

However, could you please let us know why prevent administrators and vendors from purchasing their own products? in most situation, they should have capability to check everything should be fine, right?

    Thanks

I think this is done from a logical point of view.
In the admin panel you can create a test seller and check anything, or open a new tab in incognito mode and go to the product page
